The unit is set up for the right side of the trailer, when adding a second, you'll turn the lever to the 'off' position, loosen the adjustment bolt and slide out and flip the slide bar so the socket is at the bottom. There isn't an option for a swing-away coupler on a 3" x 4" tongue, but you can still use the Fulton Fold-Away Coupler Hinge Kit for 3" x 5" Tongue # FHDPB350101.

The factory retention devices mentioned in the installation instructions for WeatherTech floor liners WT450341 would be small knobs in the front floorboards of the vehicle. Some, but not all vehicles are equipped with these. If your 2007 Hummer H3 does have the knobs, they should be toward the outer left on the driver side or outer right on the passenger side.
Basically, the small knobs fit into a hole in the factory mats to secure them and keep them from sliding around.

Fulton has offered this size for a while now. I checked their site, and it is listed. I did notice that the weld-on hinge kit is listed further down toward the bottom of the page, perhaps you did not scroll down far enough?
The safety chains need to mounted rearward (aft) of the hinged portion of the trailer tongue. In the very unlikely event that the hinge should fail, the trailer will still be secured to the tow vehicle.
